Italo Foods has been a staple in my family for several decades ... a grocery store that specializes in European food items. They also have a fantastic deli counter, with incredible meats, cold cuts and cheeses. The only place we go to in K/W for a taste of Europe.

Place to grab some European stuff if you are into fine foods

Large selection of European foods. Which includes cheese, meats, desserts and cans and jars of foods. They have competitive prices on items. Great service and friendly people. Will return!

Great place for European cured meats and cheeses. Take a number for faster service. All kinds of packaged imported food, drinks, candy. Fresh buns and Italian pastry. You can also order a fresh sandwich for lunch from deli counter.

You'll be treated like family when you go there. Fresh and tasty deli and desserts. The bread loaves are fresh and delicious. Large selection of European cookies that I usually have to keep my eyes closed to focus on what I'm there for.

A bit pricey $, good selection, watch the cold meat ends in the fridge department. mine were almost bad and slimy.No expiry date posted on packaging. :(

The best of specialty European foods in the trycity area.Whenever you go there you see something different, I come there about ones a month and I'm always seeing something new.

Fantastic European grocery store. While the name says Italo, implying a focus exclusively on Italian products, they have products from all over Europe. The prices are reasonable, and if you're looking for something that reminds you of your holidays over in Europe (or you grew up there), this place always has the products that deliver. I've been a customer since they were located on Old King Street before the highway 8 expansion forced them to move, and have nothing but positive things to say. Thank you for bringing quality European products to the KW area at a fair price!

Great family owned grocery store. Wide verity of cold cuts. Never been disappointed with any option. Store carriers wide range of goods as well as imports. Bread can be a hit or miss but overall is a great place for daily needs. Highly recommended.

The store is really nice. It's got a great selection of European foods. I really like being able to get products normally available in Europe that are harder to acquire in Canada. they've also got a great cold cut section with really good prices.

I lived near this wonderful deli up until 2007. I used to love walking to the store to buy a small peppertte size piece of sausage, which was always so well made (in the classic Italian/Euro way). Occasionally we would get other Euro goodies there and somtimes deli cuts of meat. Always excellent and cheerful service. Be aware of their busy times and try to schedule your visits elsewise.

A nice escape from your standardized corporate food stores. Run by a really nice Italian family that has been a part of this community for a long time
